Getting the most out of the high tech machines we supply is demanding.   We have a lot of experience and attend manufacturers briefings and training courses so we are in a great postion to help you understand how to get the most out of your equipment.  Each machine is different and so is the way each client uses it, so we are able to build training that perfectly suits the needs of your team - understanding what you need to do and the strengths of our equipment.

Installation and Commissioning

In a busy team, the arrival of a new printer or plotter can cause a fair amount of disruption!  We use our experience to make sure the new machine is installed with the minimum of fuss and that it fits in with you current work flow as far as possible.  

Commissioned by experts means that your new large format printer will start to contribute immediately and you can be sure of getting the results you'd hoped for with no delay!

When you take out our Comprehensive Service and Maintenance Plan, we offer you a no quibble 5 YEAR WARRANTY and our guarantee that is you are not totally satisfied with the equipment of service we will replace the machine with another comparable machine during that period!

Onsite - As required!

We operate a highly connected mobile team of engineers to ensure  a rapid response to your call:  A response that is not only swift but effective!  A centralised call routing facility and a centralised team of support engineers mean you get the right response - quickly.  If a site visit is required, you benefit from our excellent teams of support engineers.
